EmpowerHer Online Series – Let’s Talk Periods (July, August, September 2025)
An honest and empowering three-part virtual series where women, girls, and healthcare professionals came together to talk about menstrual health, hygiene, and confidence. The sessions featured open discussions on period stigma, PMDD awareness, and self-care during the cycle.
Highlights:
- Over 30 attendees from across Scotland and Nigeria
- Menstrual Health Q&A with healthcare professionals
- Shared stories from women living with PMDD
- Free digital resource pack on menstrual wellbeing

Safe Steps Virtual Workshop – “Your Future in the UK” (September 2023)
A free online session that guided migrants through employment, visa transition, and community integration in the UK. Speakers included immigration advisors, career coaches, and migrants who shared their personal journeys.
Highlights:
- 100+ participants from 10 different nationalities
- Real-time Q&A with visa experts
- Downloadable employment guide for migrants
- 15 follow-up mentorship sign-ups

Community Wellness Webinar – “Caring for the Carers” (October 2023)
This online wellbeing session focused on supporting caregivers, volunteers, and frontline workers with tools for self-care and emotional resilience. Participants learned relaxation techniques, stress management tips, and how to build peer-to-peer support systems.

- 75 caregivers trained
- Guided mindfulness session with a mental health coach

Community Connection Week (December 2024)
A week-long series of online micro-sessions designed to bring people together during the winter months. Each day focused on one theme: gratitude, wellbeing, belonging, and giving back. Participants joined from their homes to reflect, connect, and set intentions for the year ahead.
